If you are moving or have recently moved to the our community please fill out the Lakeland Water Billing Deposit form or if you have newly connected to City water please fill out the New Account Setup Form from at the bottom of this page. Lakeland Water Utility now accepts online utility payments utilizing PowerPay from PeopleService, Inc. Using the links below, you can now pay your water bill with a checking or savings account, credit card or debit card by using our payment portal, mobile app, or by calling. Also view your bill and usage online. Visa/Mastercard/Discover accepted.

The first time using the payment portal you will need to register; after that, payments are 3 easy steps. You can view your bill, pay immediately, schedule a payment or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill. Pay by credit card, debit card, or ACH.
