Open during normal business hours, weather permitting. (Rain cancellations will be posted on website.)

Be patient, there is more than enough product.

Free Stuff
The Free Product Room is located inside the Environmental Center. Residents may browse the shelves and take home products such as paint, stain, automotive products, household cleaners, and other products.
All products brought into the Environmental Center are inspected to determine if they are usable products. If the containers and products are in good shape, the products are put in the Free Product Room for others to take. One person’s waste can be another’s useful product!
Parking
Please park in the lot on the south side of the Environmental Center.

2021 Shredding Events at the Environmental Center
April 21, June 16, August 4, September 29, November 17
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Bring your personal and confidential papers to the Environmental Center during five scheduled events. Documents will be shredded on-site by Shred Right and recycled. CDs, floppy disks, and other media will be accepted for off-site destruction.
These events are free and open to residents and businesses.
- Limit of 6 boxes weighing no more than 30 lbs each. (Limit will be strictly enforced.)
- Due to COVID-19, we will not be able to offer witnessed destruction.
- Do not put paper documents in plastic bags: Use boxes or paper bags. Totes and reusable bags will be returned.
- Staples, paper clips, and rubber bands do not have to be removed. However, please remove 3-ring binders, large binder clips, plastics, or metals.
- Do not tape boxes shut as it slows down the process.
- Do not mix confidential paper with items that do not require shredding such as newspapers or magazines.
