WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA PUBLIC NOTICE OF ELECTION 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Primary Election will be held in Washington County, Minnesota, on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at the polling locations listed below for the purpose of voting for candidates of the offices specified below. The polls for said election will be open at 7:00 AM and will remain open until closing at 8:00 PM.

NOTICE OF CANDIDATE FILINGS FOR OFFICE

The candidate filing period for the City of Lake St. Croix Beach will be open between Tuesday, July 14, 2026, and Tuesday, July 28, 2026, during office hours. All candidate filings must be received by Tuesday, July 28, 2026, 5:00 PM.

Candidate filings for the following offices are to be filed at the office of the City Clerk, City Offices 1190 St Croix Trail S Lakeland, MN. 55043: One (1) Mayor for a term of 2 years; Two (2) Council Members for a term of 4 years each.
