PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Lakeland Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on the following items on October 6, starting at 6:30 p.m. at Afton-Lakeland Elementary School located at 475 St. Croix Trail S, Lakeland, MN 55043:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT: Circle K has requested an amendment to an existing Conditional Use Permit (CUP) in order to replace existing signage with illuminated branded signs. This gas station (“service station”) is a conditional use located at 280 St. Croix Trail S, Lakeland, MN 55043 (PID: 02.028.20.21.0003). RB Zoned District.
TEXT AMENDMENT: Consideration of proposed ordinance amendments to Chapter 155 (Lower St. Croix River Bluffland and Shoreland Management Regulations) regarding vegetative removal within the shoreland district.
